We are currently recruiting for the position of ADMINISTRATION AND EVENTS OFFICER for a maternity leave coverage of 12 to18 months.
Position at a Glance:
Reporting to the Director of Development, the Administration and Events Officer provides administrative support that will ensure the smooth operation of the functions of the Northern Lights Health Foundation development office.
The Administration & Events Officer is responsible for effectively administrating general office duties, maintaining clear and accurate donor records and financial activity, assisting with meeting preparations, and managing the work and relationships with AHS departments.
The Administration & Events Officer is responsible for the donor engagement programs and administration of donor recognition assets. The Officer coordinates logistics and administrative support for signature and third-party events and maintains all planning and process documents, ticketing, and spreadsheets.
This position is integral to the smooth functioning and advancement of the Foundation and aligns with the strategic goals of the Foundation to increase revenues generated to support local health care priorities.
