Bright Nights Brings Joyful Light to the Season
The Northern Lights Health Foundation thanks the community for their tremendous support of the Bright Nights drive-through light show at Abram’s Landing. Over the 3 nights of the show, 1166 cars attended raising just under $35,000 for local healthcare initiatives. Visitors to Bright Nights enjoyed an enchanting experience of nostalgic light-up displays with live appearances from special guests Santa, Mrs. Claus, and Buddy the Elf.
The Bright Nights light show was created by partners Suncor, Syncrude’s Club 63, the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo and many industry and community partners. The Health Foundation nights were dedicated to the healthcare heroes who have safely brought us through a difficult year. Together with our partners, we have helped create bright Christmas memories in this challenging time.
Bright Nights follows on the heels of the very successful 2020 Festival of Trees presented by Syncrude. Both events were safe, low contact, family-style experiences - beautifully executed with elements to delight all ages.
The Health Foundation is currently accepting charitable donations to further our mission. You can improve your income tax position for the end of the year and improve health outcomes for people in our region. Please visit our website: www.northernlighthealthfoundation.ca and Donate Now.
