Modernizing and optimizing patient experiences within the Northern Lights Regional Health Centre is our goal and with the help of our generous donors like CEDA International, it is attainable.  The MIS Suites will have a dramatically positive impact on patient care and recovery.  With more innovative technology, surgeons can perform complex surgeries and decrease recovery time in hospital so the patients may return to their homes and back to their everyday lives sooner.  Nearly every part of the human body is reachable with minimally invasive surgery and having the MIS Suites here in Wood Buffalo means we can provide the best health care possible right here at home.

CEDA International employs hundreds of local employees and understands how valuable it is to have the MIS Suites here locally.  Kevin Fleury, President and CEO of CEDA International, explains how it’s important to invest in the communities where their employees live and work, “We are most grateful to be in a position to give back to a community that has been so good to CEDA and our employees.”

The Health Foundation is extremely pleased to have such generous donors such as CEDA contribute to such an essential project that will impact our community tremendously.  Executive Director, Cindy Amerongen says, “Now, more than ever, we need all industry in our community to step up, make health care a priority, and to stand next to their peers who have set the pace for life-changing health care in Wood Buffalo to be a reality. CEDA’s commitment to the health and safety of their employees, their families, and our community is represented by this generous gift.”
